1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

To manage a team of executives in the following areas of work: 

  • Sharing of knowledge to the public on CPR+AED
  • Conceptualising and producing marketing collaterals and souvenirs
  • Organising of relevant CPR+AED events/roadshows
  • Liaising with the various event vendors and contractors
  • Making arrangements with building owners & facilities management for site inspection visits of installed AEDs and obtaining of permission to participate in the AED registry
  • Uploading and updating of collected AED data
  • Performing public AED verification & annual audit
  • Planning and managing the project budget
  • Assisting in relevant ad-hoc duties and responsibilities at the Foundation


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma Holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or the related discipline
  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Design skills in Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application

 

2. THERAPY ASSISTANT (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the physiotherapist to carry out client-related activities
  • Undertake and ensure safe, effective services and care to clients
  • Maintenance of clients’ database
  • Assist in reception duties which include registration, appointment making, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and attending to enquiries
  • Assist in organising events such as health and nutrition talks/programmes
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  •  Nitec in Fitness Training/Higher Nitec in Sports Management/GCE O’ /’A’ Level holder
  •  Previous experience is preferred
  •  Proficient in MS Office Application
  •  Able to converse with elderly clients
  •  Service oriented with a pleasant disposition

 

3. PHYSIOTHERAPIST (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running community cardiac rehabilitation classes including prescription, progression assessment and management of cardiac patients referred for rehabilitation
  • Provide ongoing support for risk factor management to high-risk individuals
  • Create an effective and safe environment for patients receiving physiotherapy or persons using the facility
  • Conduct health and education talks/seminars
  • Involved in areas of wellness, weight management programmes and cardiovascular disease prevention
  • Identify developments in preventive healthcare, treatment & rehabilitation and propose new initiatives
     

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma Holder in Health Science (Physiotherapy)
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in running cardiac rehabilitation in a hospital
  • Inter-disciplinary knowledge in the area of cardiac rehabilitation is preferred
  • Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for a senior role
  • Candidates with NO experience in cardiac rehabilitation are also welcome to apply
  • Positive attitude and able to work as a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

     

4. EXECUTIVE OFFICER - HEART WELLNESS CENTRE (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties which include registration, appointment booking, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and answering to enquiries

  • Maintenance of patients/clients’ database

  • Provide administrative support to the centre and assist in the preparation of reports

  • Support the Centre in organising events such as health and nutrition talks/programmes 

  • Undertake and ensure safe, effective service and care to patients/clients

  • Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

  • Willing to work shift


Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level or Diploma Holder
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
