1. HR MANAGER (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position, but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies and solutions to support the Foundation’s goals
  • Manage HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training & development needs
  • Review, design and implement relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and interpretation to employees on HR policies
  • Maintain personnel and employment records


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management/Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of employment laws, HR issues and best practices

 

2. THERAPY ASSISTANT (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position, but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the physiotherapist to carry out client-related activities
  • Undertake and ensure safe, effective services and care to clients
  • Maintenance of clients’ database
  • Assist in reception duties which include registration, appointment making, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and attending to enquiries
  • Assist in organising events such as health and nutrition talks/programmes
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Nitec in Fitness Training/Higher Nitec in Sports Management/GCE O’ /’A’ Level holder
  • Previous experience is preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Able to converse with elderly clients
  • Service oriented with a pleasant disposition

 

3. R-AEDi OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT)

This is a permanent position, but the successful candidate will come in on a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.

Job Description

We are seeking an individual with an eye for detail who is able to work independently in a team-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Making arrangements with building owners & facilities management for site inspection
  • Locate public AEDs to be registered in the AED registry
  • Perform public AEDs verification & annual audit
  • Responsible for sharing knowledge to the public on CPR + AEDs
  • Assist with events/roadshows
  • Updating of records & other administrative tasks and adhoc duties as assigned
     

Other Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has initiative, eye for detail and a team player
  • Possess good organising and planning skills
  • Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
  • Willing to travel island-wide
  • Prior experience in enforcement will be advantageous
     

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in business related subjects
