World Heart Day 2014

Live your life. Work it out. Play it right & Join us as we celebrate National Heart Week/World Heart Day (NHW/WHD) on 27th September 2014 (Saturday) at the Yew Tee MRT Open Space & Hardcourt @ Yew Tee. Guest-of-Honour Mr Alex Yam, MP for Chua Chu Kang GRC, will be joining us on this day too!

This year’s theme "Live. Work. Play. Join" pushes the boundary out of our comfort zone - because everyone has the power and right to make heart-healthy choices, wherever they live, work and play. But we all need to take action to make it happen in our homes, our communities and our nations. So, join us in the global movement for better heart choices. At the same time, help us spread the love by adding a hashtag #singaporeheartfoundation, #worldheartday and #heartchoices to your pictures, then post them on Instagram (@singaporeheartfoundation), Twitter (heartSG) & Facebook (!

From 9am to 8pm, a range of fun-filled and educational activies has been lined up specially just for you by the Singapore Heart Foundation!
