Guest-of-Honour Mr Gan Kim Yong, Minister for Health, Advisor to Chua Chu Kang GROs, MP for Chua Chu Kang GRC, will be joining us on this day too!

Session/ Time

 1. CPR+AED Certification Course  FREE!*

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) occurs when the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating at anytime and anywhere. For every minute that nothing is done to resuscitate the victim, the chance of survival drops by 7-10%. However, with immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation after SCA, the victim’s chance of survival is significantly increased.Join us and be equipped with this essential life-saving skill!

 2. Zumba for Heart FREE!*

Inspired by Latin dance, Zumba is a dance fitness programme that is suitable for all. It is an exhilarating, easy to follow and a calorie burning workout. Come and join us for an exciting evening and ignite the true spirit of fitness!

 3. Dental Screening $2/person

Research has shown that people with gum disease often have a higher risk of getting cardiovascular disease. Protect yourself now by signing up for a dental screening at only $2 per person!

 4. Sandwich Making Competition $10/pair

Gather your friends or family members, and take part in this fun-filled sandwich making competition, where you and your partner will stand a chance to win attractive prizes! Simply register and turn up with your partner on the day of the competition.
