It's never too late to be fitter and healthier!
The Train To Trim (T3) programme aims to provide a platform for those who are interested in achieving and maintaining a healthy body mass index (BMI), boost motivation and stay connected with other like-minded participants! This intensive programme comprises of BMI measurements, nutrition and fitness/motivational talks, as well as various workout styles, such as aerobics, Bollywood, Kickboxing, Dance for Heart and edurance exercises.
- 18 years old to 60 years old
- BMI of 23 and above
- Singaporeans and Permanent ResidentS
