| About the Event |

A cooking demostration cum workshop will be held at Si Chun Dou Hua Restaurant @ UOB Plaza. The workshop aims to educate women on the importance of healthy living, cooking and eating. There will be three chefs doing the demostration and at the end of the programme, we will have a talk by the nutritionist. Basic health screening will also be done for all the participants. |
