Having difficulty explaining what is saturated fat or cholesterol to your dialect-speaking parents or grandparents?
 
Help is on hand! For the first time, the Singapore Heart Foundation with the help of volunteers, has recorded healthy eating tips in various dialects such as Cantonese and Teochew and languages such as Malay and Mandarin.
 
Also available in DVD format, the video means that senior citizens, many of whom can only speak dialects or their mother tongue, can now learn more about healthy nutrition for better heart-health
