| Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation, provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest, can significantly increase a victim’s chance of survival. In fact, for every minute that nothing is done to resuscitate the victim, the chance of survival drops by 7-10%. |

| In an effort to get more people trained in CPR and the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED), SHF is offering an affordable CPR+AED training programme that will equip participants with the necessary life-saving skills and confidence to respond during cardiac emergencies. |
| |
| The CPR+AED Certification @ SHF is a 4-hour course that enables participants to learn how to determine unresponsiveness, activate emergency medical services as well as perform CPR and use AED on adult casualties. |

| *Maximum of 25 participants. For corporations, training can be organised on any Monday of the month if there are at least 10 confirmed participants. |
