TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Go Red For Women Presented by MasterCard is a collaboration between the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) and MasterCard to raise awareness of heart disease - the No.1 killer of women worldwide. In support of the cause, MasterCard is bringing ten fashion designers together to create red dresses for public auction. At the same time, Samsung is donating three limited edition Samsung UltraTouch mobile phones with customised pouches to SHF that will be included in the auction. 2. In light of the collaboration between SHF and MasterCard, payment for successful bids must be made through MasterCard cards only. Kindly ensure that the card is valid. 3. To bid, interested parties can visit the SHF website (www.myheart.org.sg) and the little red dress exhibition at the St Regis Hotel. Bidding period is from 8 May 2009 to 7 June 2009. Interested parties can also place their bids at the little red dress exhibition at Isetan Scotts from 18 May to 7 June 2009. 4. All bidders must provide the required information on the bidding form. An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm the submission of your bid. SHF reserves the right to reject any late bid or any offer that has incomplete or wrong information. 5. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or have provided written parental consent including their guarantee of payment with a MasterCard card. 6. SHF will regularly update the website to indicate the highest bid received for each dress and red phone. If you are outbid during the auction, you can make a new bid by submitting another bid form. 7. Each little red dress or red phone will be awarded to the highest bidder or any bidder rightfully determined by SHF. Successful bidders will be notified by email. 8. All successful bids must be paid. Delivery charges, if any, should be borne by the successful bidder. 9. If the successful bidder does not fulfil the payment by 30 June 2009, SHF has the right to terminate the offer and make the same little red dress or red phone with customised pouch available to the next highest bidder. 10. No warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, is made with respect to the design, fabric or style of the little red dresses. The bidder is responsible for the bid and is encouraged to personally view the little red dresses or the red phones from 8 May 2009 to 7 June 2009. The six little red dresses designed by regional designers will be showcased at the St Regis Hotel from 8 May 2009 to 7 June 2009. From 18 May 2009 to 7 June 2009, Isetan Scotts will showcase the four dresses by local designers. The red phones with customised pouches will be on display at St Regis Hotel and Samsung's flagship store in VivoCity during the bidding period. 11. SHF reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the bid from time to time at our discretion without prior notification. 12. SHF's decision on all matters relating to the bid for the little red dresses and red phones shall be final.
