This programme gives you a chance to enjoy food in their natural flavors. You do not have to be a gourmet chef or buy expensive cookware to make heart healthy food. Our aim is to help you lose weight, boost your energy, lower your risk of diabetes and heart disease or just become as healthy as possible without sacrificing flavour.

What you can expect from the programme:

  • 30 minutes of nutrition talk by our resident dietitian
  • 3 hours of hands-on cooking led by a chef
  • Expand participants’ palate through exposures to a repertoire of multicultural cuisines
  • No prior cooking experience is necessary
  • Halal ingredients
