Standard First Aid + AED Certification Course

This course aims to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills for Standard First Aid (SFA) and usage of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED), according to guidelines provided by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Render first aid to common accident
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) effectively for adult casualties
  • Use an AED correctly, safely and swiftly

Course Duration

2 days (9am – 6pm)


Course Fee
$192.60 (including GST) per pax


Standard First Aid Registration
Minimum of 2 consecutive days, subjected to training slot availability

Standard First Aid+AED certificate, valid for 2 years

  • Practical Tests (Scenario-based)

Things to note during Phase 2 “Safe Transition”
The Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) and Ministry of Health (MOH) have allowed Singapore Heart Foundation to resume life support courses (i.e. CPR+AED certification courses and BCLS+AED certification courses).

The class size will still be capped at 5 learners to align with the current cap of 5 persons for gatherings.
