Chia Seeds Pudding

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup of Low Fat Milk
  • 10 pcs of Blueberries
  • 2 pcs of Strawberries

Method

  1. Mix chia seeds and low fat milk in a cup
  2. Cover the cup and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes
  3. Add fruits before serving
  4. Enjoy the healthy dessert
