Easy Otak Otak

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • Red Snapper, 80 g
  • Soya milk (Reduced sugar), 100 ml
  • Nyonya curry paste, 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder, 1/3 tsp
  • Egg, 1 whole
  • Salt, 1/3 tsp
  • Shredded curry leaves, 8 pieces
  • Pepper, To taste

Method:

  1. Cut the red snapper to smaller pieces
  2. Blend the ingredients
  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave safe container to shape
  4. Spread the mixture evenly
  5. Microwave at high power for around 4 minutes
