Hearty Convenience Meal

Preparation Time:Soaking of brown rice (overnight) + 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4


  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 40g of mushroom slices
  • 120g of frozen mixed vegetables
  • ¼ cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp of GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium Salt)
  • Black pepper, to taste


  1. Rinse the brown rice and preferably soak it overnight.
  2. Add the soaked brown rice, mushroom slices, frozen mixed vegetables and cabbage into the rice cooker.
  3. Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes.
  4. Season before serving.
