Quick Quiche

Cooking Time: 1.5 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 slice of cheese (Reduced fat, High calcium)
  • 1 ½ tbsp of low fat milk
  • 4 whole cherry tomatoes
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Mixed herbs, to taste
  • 2 slices of Gardenia Fine Grain Wholemeal Bread

Method:

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Whisk the egg, cheese, low fat milk, black pepper, mixed herbs in a microwave safe container.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Microwave at high for around 80 seconds.
  5. Serve with 2 slices of Gardenia Fine Grain Wholemeal Bread
