Red Hot Snapper with Corn

Chilli Sauce


  • 4 whole chilli (large)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 4 whole lime (juice only)
  • 1/8 tsp of GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium Salt)


  1. Wash and prepare the ingredients.
  2. Blend the ingredients with a food processor.

  • 120g red snapper
  • 100g frozen corn, unsalted


  1. Marinate the snapper with the chilli sauce (Tip: If you prefer it to be non-spicy, you may marinate with chopped garlic, chopped ginger and a pinch of GoodSalt®).
  2. Microwave at high for around 3.5 minutes.
