Steamed Salmon with Egg White and MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols

  • Salmon (fillet), 10 pcs
  • GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium), ¼ tsp
  • Olive oil, 2 tsp
  • MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols, 300 ml
  • Egg white, 10 pcs
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Spring onion (chopped)


  1. Bring salmon marinated with GoodSalt® (Lower Sodium) and olive oil set aside
  2. Bring MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols and egg white mixed well then sieve
  3. Pour the eggs mixture in plate and bring to steam on medium heat about 10 minutes
  4. Add the salmon fillet on top of and steam another 5 minutes
  5. Garnish with coriander and spring onion
