Ingredients
- Water, 450ml
- Agar-agar powder, 5g
- Pandan leaf, 1
- Sugar 50g
- Reduced sugar or unsweetened soya milk, 200ml
- Low-fat evaporated milk, 80ml
- Longan, 10
Method
- In a pot, bring water to boil.
- Add agar-agar powder, pandan leaf and sugar. Stir well.
- Add soya milk and low fat evaporated milk.
- Remove pandan leaf and pour solution into mould. Set aside to cool.
- Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
- Serve with longans.
