Soya Bean Longan Jelly

Soya Bean Longan Jelly

Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • Water, 450ml
  • Agar-agar powder, 5g
  • Pandan leaf, 1
  • Sugar 50g
  • Reduced sugar or unsweetened soya milk, 200ml
  • Low-fat evaporated milk, 80ml
  • Longan, 10

Method

  1. In a pot, bring water to boil.
  2. Add agar-agar powder, pandan leaf and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Add soya milk and low fat evaporated milk.
  4. Remove pandan leaf and pour solution into mould. Set aside to cool.
  5. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  6. Serve with longans.
