The Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) conducted a comprehensive CPR+AED certification course for Novartis leaders from across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMA) including Iris Zemzoum, President, APMA, in Singapore today.
The CPR+AED training by Singapore Heart Foundation was part of Novartis Unblocked Movement, an initiative co-created with external healthcare stakeholders and Novartis to unblock barriers to better heart health. The training kicks off a month-long challenge in Novartis APMA with various activities to raise awareness of heart health, including equipping their regional leaders with CPR skills which can potentially save a life. This training session is part of a three-year commitment between Novartis Singapore and SHF.
This partnership is a testament to Novartis and SHF’s continued commitment to equipping individuals, including office-goers and corporate workers, with basic life-saving skills, and ensuring that more people are ready to take action in times of need.
SHF is one of the leading providers of high-quality CPR+AED training, accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).
