Strawberry Cucumber Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Strawberries, 4
  • Banana, 1
  • Red apple, 1
  • Cucumber, 1
  • Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Low fat Yogurt (Plain), 100ml
  • Unsweetened Soy milk (No Sugar Added), 220ml

Method

  1. Blend strawberries, banana, apple, cucumber, yogurt and soymilk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and blend till smooth.
  3. Serve
