Acai Berry Prosperity Pudding

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Acai, 150g
  • Low-fat Yogurt, 120g
  • Low-fat Milk, 200g
  • Honey, 1 teaspoon
  • Gelatin, 5g

Method

  1. Mix Acai, Yogurt, Milk and Honey well together. 
  2. Add in Gelatin and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 
  3. Top up with fruit of your choice and garnish the pudding. 
  4. Enjoy and share together with your loved ones.
