Ginger and Lime Kombucha

Ingredients
60ml Kombucha (ginger), no added sugar
5g honey
15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed

Method

  1. Pour the kombucha into a clean cup or bottle.
  2. Add the honey and lime juice.
  3. Stir or swirl gently to dissolve.
  4. (Optional) Seal the bottle and leave it at room temperature for 1-3 days to carbonate before placing it in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy it chilled.
