Lemon and Orange Mint Kombucha

Ingredients
60ml Kombucha (ginger), no added sugar
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2-3 mint leaves
2-3 orange slices

Method

  1. Pour the kombucha into a clean cup or bottle.
  2. Add the lemon juice and garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
  3. Stir or swirl gently to dissolve.
  4. (Optional) Seal the bottle and leave it at room temperature for 1-3 days to carbonate before placing it in the fridge.
  5. Enjoy it chilled.
