Ingredients
- Salmon, 120g
- Asparagus, 100g
- Unsalted frozen corn, 100g
- Cherry tomatoes, 5
- Cooking oil, ½ tbsp
- Paprika, To taste
- Black pepper, To taste
Method
- Season salmon with paprika and cook in airfryer (200oC, 7 minutes – based on 1 ½ inch fillet).
- Drizzle oil on the asparagus and season it with black pepper. Cook asparagus in air fryer (200oC, 7 minutes).
- Microwave unsalted frozen corn (high power, 3 minutes)
- Plate all in the ingredients and serve.
