Easy Otak Otak

Ingredients

  • Red snapper, 80g
  • Soya milk (reduced sugar), 100ml
  • Nyonya curry paste, 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder, ⅓ tsp
  • Egg, 1 whole
  • Lower-sodium salt, ⅓ tsp
  • Curry leaves, shredded, 8 pcs
  • Pepper, To taste

Method

  1. Cut the red snapper to smaller pieces.
  2. Blend the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave safe container to shape.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly.
  5. Microwave at high power for around 4 minutes.
