Ingredients
- Red snapper, 80g
- Soya milk (reduced sugar), 100ml
- Nyonya curry paste, 2 tsp
- Coriander powder, 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder, ⅓ tsp
- Egg, 1 whole
- Lower-sodium salt, ⅓ tsp
- Curry leaves, shredded, 8 pcs
- Pepper, To taste
Method
- Cut the red snapper to smaller pieces.
- Blend the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave safe container to shape.
- Spread the mixture evenly.
- Microwave at high power for around 4 minutes.
