Ingredients
- Salmon fillet, 10 pcs
- Lower-sodium salt, ¼ tsp
- Olive oil, 2 tsp
- MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols, 300ml
- Egg white, 10 pcs
- Coriander, chopped
- Spring onion, chopped
Method
- Marinate salmon with salt and olive oil and set aside.
- Mix MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols and egg white, then sieve.
- Pour the eggs mixture in a plate and bring to steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the salmon fillet on top of the egg mixture and steam for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and spring onion.
