Ingredients
- Egg, 1
- Cheese (reduced fat, high calcium), 1 slice
- Low fat milk, 1½ tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes, quartered, 4
- Black pepper, to taste
- Mixed herbs, to taste
- Wholemeal bread, 2 slices
Method
- Whisk the egg, cheese, milk, black pepper, mixed herbs in a microwave safe container.
- Add the cherry tomatoes.
- Microwave at high for around 80 seconds.
- Serve with the wholemeal bread
