Quick Quiche

Ingredients

  • Egg, 1
  • Cheese (reduced fat, high calcium), 1 slice
  • Low fat milk, 1½ tbsp
  • Cherry tomatoes, quartered, 4
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Mixed herbs, to taste
  • Wholemeal bread, 2 slices

Method

  1. Whisk the egg, cheese, milk, black pepper, mixed herbs in a microwave safe container.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Microwave at high for around 80 seconds.
  4. Serve with the wholemeal bread
