Serves: 10 oat bites
Ingredients
- Rolled oats, 1 cup
- Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp
- Banana, mashed, 1 whole
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Unsalted peanut butter, 2 tbsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp
Method
- Mix oats and sunflower seeds in a medium size container.
- In another container, mix banana, honey, peanut butter and cocoa powder.
- Combine both mixtures and stir till well mixed.
- Use a tablespoon and shape the mixture into balls.
- Chill for 3 hours and it is ready to be served!
