Singapore Prevention & Cardiac Rehabilitation Symposium 2023

The highly anticipated Singapore Prevention & Cardiac Rehabilitation Symposium (SPCRS) 2023 was held on 28 and 29 Oct 2023 at the Orchard Hotel. The biennial event welcomed nearly 350 delegates from across the region this year.

Themed “A New Era of Preventive Cardiology and Personalisation in Cardiac Rehabilitation”, the symposium brought together healthcare professionals across disciplines, fostering synergy and shared purpose to shape the future of cardiac health.

Over one-and-a-half days, attendees gained a comprehensive view of the evolving landscape of cardiac health and rehabilitation, with an emphasis on evidence-based solutions and cutting-edge approaches.

One of the key highlights was the debate on the topic of “Dr Knows Best Healthcare vs Patient’s Choice/ Empowered Healthcare”. The thought-provoking debate left attendees with valuable takeaways and a deeper understanding of the topic discussed.
