In Singapore, an alarming 22 individuals succumb to cardiovascular disease every day. The good news? Many of these cases are preventable through healthy lifestyle choices.
Through our strategic programmes under the three core pillars of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Resuscitation, SHF is dedicated to educating and empowering more Singaporeans to adopt heart-healthier lifestyles, thereby building resilience against cardiovascular disease (CVD).
Our goal for this tournament is to raise $300,000. These funds drive our awareness initiatives and provide vital financial assistance to underprivileged patients battling heart-related challenges.
