Do you have difficulty explaining nutrition concepts like what is saturated fat or how to cook healthily to dialect-speaking family members? These videos may be useful.

With our volunteers’ help, we have recorded simple nutrition tips in commonly spoken dialects such as Cantonese, Teochew and Hokkien. A great tool to reach non-English speaking family members with heart-healthy nutrition information, it is also available in English, Malay and Mandarin.
