HWC DIY Face Mask (Heart Themed) Contest

With face mask being an essential this COVID season, it is also a time for our Heart Wellness Centre (HWC) clients to showcase their creativity!

Between 15-29 Dec 2020, we invited clients to create heart-themed face masks and share their inspiration in the DIY Face Mask Contest. Here’s the beautiful, hand-embroidery by Mdm Omi Kalsom Bte Abu from the HWC @ Bukit Gombak!

Similar to the Singapore Heart Foundation’s core values, Honesty and Integrity; Enthusiasm and Passion; Accountability and Transparency; Research and Innovation; Teamwork and Collaboration; and Sharing and Caring, Mdm Omi Kalsom Bte Abu Check also introduced her version of the HEART:

H – Having a Heart in my body is very important for my life.

E – Everyone must follow and believe in our Heart

A – Active, healthy lifestyle and diet will make my Heart stronger

R – Rule my Heart with love, trust each other and think positive.

T – Take this Heart truthfully for our future and our family
