Virtual Restart A Heart Programme

Sudden cardiac arrests has not stopped for COVID-19, so CPR training must continue. You may not have a CPR manikin at home to learn or practice on, but you can DIY your own manikin using items that you already have in your house!

Register for the complimentary Virtual Restart A Heart (RAH) Programme to learn how to perform chest compressions using a DIY manikin, as well as learn to use an AED.
