Salmon and Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Salmon, 120 g
  • Asparagus, 100g
  • Unsalted Frozen Corn, 100g
  • Cherry Tomatoes, 5
  • Cooking oil, ½ tbsp
  • Paprika, To taste
  • Black pepper, To taste

    Method:

    1. Season salmon with paprika and cook in airfryer (200oC, 7 minutes – based on 1 ½ inch fillet)
    2. Drizzle oil on the asparagus and season it with black pepper. Cook asparagus in air fryer (200oC, 7 minutes)
    3. Microwave unsalted frozen corn (high power, 3 minutes)
    4. Plate all in the ingredients and serve
