Ingredients
- Unsweetened Acai, 150g
- Low-fat Yogurt, 120g
- Low-fat Milk, 200g
- Honey, 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin, 5g
Method
- Mix Acai, Yogurt, Milk and Honey well together.
- Add in Gelatin and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Top up with fruit of your choice and garnish the pudding.
- Enjoy and share together with your loved ones.
