Choco Banana Oat Bites

Serves: 10 oat bites

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats, 1 cup
  • Sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Banana, mashed, 1 whole
  • Honey, 1 tbsp
  • Unsalted peanut butter, 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp

Method

  1. Mix oats and sunflower seeds in a medium size container.
  2. In another container, mix banana, honey, peanut butter and cocoa powder.
  3. Combine both mixtures and stir till well mixed.
  4. Use a tablespoon and shape the mixture into balls.
  5. Chill for 3 hours and it is ready to be served!

Consume as a healthy snack before exercise for an energy boost!
