Ingredients
- Coconut water, ½ cup
- Coconut flesh, ½ cup
- Coconut yoghurt, 1 tbsp
- Low fat yoghurt, 1 – 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes, around 7 pcs
Method
- Add ice, coconut water and yoghurt into a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add coconut flesh.
- Blend for a few more seconds. Be careful not to overdo it if you prefer the coconut flesh to remain pulpy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Tip! Add some fruits to add more flavour to your smoothie.
