Coconut Shake

Serves: 1 (500ml)

Ingredients

  • Coconut water, ½ cup
  • Coconut flesh, ½ cup
  • Coconut yoghurt, 1 tbsp
  • Low fat yoghurt, 1 – 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes, around 7 pcs

Method

  1. Add ice, coconut water and yoghurt into a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add coconut flesh.
  4. Blend for a few more seconds. Be careful not to overdo it if you prefer the coconut flesh to remain pulpy.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Tip! Add some fruits to add more flavour to your smoothie.
