Ingredients
- Sunshine 100% Whole Grains Ultra Fine Wholemeal Bread, 4pcs
- Kale, 100g
- Avocado, 1 whole
- Lime, 1 whole
- Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 dashes
- Tomato, chopped, 3 wholes
- Chicken Fillet, skinless, 8pcs (320g)
- Cumin, 5g
Method
- Toast the wholemeal bread on a hot pan.
- Air-fry the kale till crispy.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and add in the chopped tomatoes, hot pepper sauce & lime.
- Grill the chicken fillet on a hot pan and season it with cumin.
- Layer the following onto the toasted bread:
- Spread the avocado mixture
- Chicken fillet
- Kale
