Grilled Chicken Toast

Ingredients

  • Sunshine 100% Whole Grains Ultra Fine Wholemeal Bread, 4pcs
  • Kale, 100g
  • Avocado, 1 whole
  • Lime, 1 whole
  • Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 dashes
  • Tomato, chopped, 3 wholes
  • Chicken Fillet, skinless, 8pcs (320g)
  • Cumin, 5g

Method

  1. Toast the wholemeal bread on a hot pan.
  2. Air-fry the kale till crispy.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add in the chopped tomatoes, hot pepper sauce & lime.
  4. Grill the chicken fillet on a hot pan and season it with cumin.
  5. Layer the following onto the toasted bread:
    • Spread the avocado mixture
    • Chicken fillet
    • Kale
