Method
1. Prepare the tofu: Boil the tofu in water for 5–10 minutes to make it slightly firmer. Drain and let it cool. Divide it into two equal portions (150 g each).
2. Make the strawberry layer: Blend one portion of tofu with strawberries until
smooth. Stir in ½ tbsp of honey. Spoon this mixture into the bottom of two glasses.
3. Make the chocolate layer: Rinse the blender, then blend the remaining tofu
with cocoa powder and soy milk untilsmooth. Stir in the remaining ½ tbsp
honey. Spoon this chocolate mixture over the strawberry layer.
4. Garnish (optional): Add strawberry slices or your favourite fruits on top for colour
and texture.
5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the layers to set. Enjoy a
heart-friendly dessert!
