Ingredients
- Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
- Spring onion, chopped, 1 tbsp
- Coriander, chopped, 1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced, 1 tbsp
- Chilli padi, chopped, ½ tsp (optional)
- Lower-sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp
- Stock or water, 1 tsp
- Mushroom powder, ¼ tsp
- Vinegar, 1 tsp
Method
- Add spring onion, coriander, garlic, and chilli padi to a mixing bowl.
- Heat cooking oil, 1 tbsp until very hot, then pour over the ingredients.
- Stir in lower-sodium soy sauce, vinegar and mushroom powder to taste.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
