Ingredients
- Brown rice, 1 cup
- Water, 1½ cup
- Mushroom, sliced, 40g
- Frozen mixed vegetables, 120g
- Cabbage, ¼
- Lower-sodium salt, ½ tsp
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- Rinse the brown rice and preferably soak it overnight.
- Add the soaked brown rice, mushroom slices, frozen mixed vegetables and cabbage into the rice cooker.
- Cook for approximately 30-40 minutes.
- Season before serving.
