Serves: 3 to 4
Ingredients
- Uncooked Rolled Oats, ¾ cup
- Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
- Almonds, lightly crushed, ⅓ cup
- Unsweetened soymilk, 1 cup
- Blueberries, ¼ cup
Method
- Divide and layer the oats, chia seeds and almonds in the jars
- Pour the soymilk into the jars to cover ingredients
- Top up with blueberries
- Place the jars in the refrigerator and leave overnight
- When ready to serve, sprinkle more almonds for an extra crunch if desired
