Steamed Black Cod with Soba and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Cod fillet, 150g, 4
  • Long beans, 150g
  • Bok choy, 1, quartered
  • Soba, 200g
  • Lemon juice, 1
  • Olive oil, 4 tbsp
  • Cracked black pepper, To taste

Method

  1. Boil the soba noodles to the desired doneness and drain.
  2. In a soup plate, make a base out of the noodles.
  3. Top the noodles with long beans and bok choy.
  4. Place cod fillet on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season lightly with cracked black pepper.
  6. Cover the plate with cling film and ensure it is tight.
  7. Microwave for 3 minutes on medium high.
  8. Check the doneness of the fish. If the fish is thick, microwave for an additional minute.
  9. Serve.
