Ingredients
- Cod fillet, 150g, 4
- Long beans, 150g
- Bok choy, 1, quartered
- Soba, 200g
- Lemon juice, 1
- Olive oil, 4 tbsp
- Cracked black pepper, To taste
Method
- Boil the soba noodles to the desired doneness and drain.
- In a soup plate, make a base out of the noodles.
- Top the noodles with long beans and bok choy.
- Place cod fillet on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season lightly with cracked black pepper.
- Cover the plate with cling film and ensure it is tight.
- Microwave for 3 minutes on medium high.
- Check the doneness of the fish. If the fish is thick, microwave for an additional minute.
- Serve.
