Ingredients
- Strawberries, 4
- Banana, 1
- Red apple, 1
- Cucumber, 1
- Chia seeds, 1 tbsp
- Low fat Yogurt (Plain), 100ml
- Unsweetened Soy milk (No Sugar Added), 220ml
Method
- Blend strawberries, banana, apple, cucumber, yogurt and soymilk in a blender until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and blend till smooth.
- Serve
