Tzatziki Sauce

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Plain low fat Greek yoghurt, 200g
  • Olive oil, 2 tsp
  • Zucchini (Japanese cucumber), 65g
  • Garlic, 1 clove

Method

  1. Finely dice the cucumber.
  2. Crush the garlic and finely chop it.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then, chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  4. Finally, serve with vegetables and carrot sticks.

Note: Alternatively, try creating this dip with normal low-fat yoghurt if you do not like the thick consistency of Greek yoghurt.
