What is the Cardiac Arrest Survivors’ Club?
Life after a cardiac arrest can be challenging, but you do not have to face recovery alone. The Cardiac Arrest Survivors’ Club is a peer support group that supports survivors, their families and caregivers in the journey towards recovery.
The Club offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Guided by healthcare professionals and community partners, members receive reliable heart health information, practical advice and resources that can help them rebuild their lives.
We encourage survivors and caregivers to connect early after hospital discharge and take proactive steps towards a heart-healthy and fulfilling life.
