Chia Seeds Pudding

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds, 2 tbsp
  • Low fat milk, ½ cup
  • Blueberries, 10 pcs
  • Strawberries, 2 pcs

Method

  1. Mix chia seeds and low fat milk in a cup.
  2. Cover the cup and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Add fruits before serving.
  4. Enjoy the healthy dessert.
