The BCLS+AED Instructor course aims to equip BCLS+AED certified individuals with the essential knowledge and skills to organise and facilitate the BCLS+AED certification course and effectively teach and impart lifesaving skills to others.

Upon completing the classroom training, you must undergo two compulsory attachments before becoming a full-fledged instructor.
If you would like to teach with Singapore Heart Foundation, you have to complete at least one attachment with us and another at any Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) Accredited BCLS+AED training centre, or complete both attachments with us.
Certification
A BCLS+AED Instructor certificate will be issued after completing the two attachments.
The certificate is valid for two years and is renewable once the instructor has assumed the role as an instructor at least twice per year at any SRFAC-accredited training centre offering the BCLS+AED Provider Course.
Eligibility
A valid BCLS+AED Provider Certificate from an SRFAC-accredited training centre is required.

Participants are requested to be suitably and comfortably dressed: T-shirt and pants/slacks with comfortable shoes. Avoid wearing dress, skirts and low-cut tops as the course requires (slight) physical activity.
Can I participate if I am pregnant?
