The Child First Aid (CFA) Course aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to manage common medical and injury emergencies involving infants and children, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).
This course covers key areas such as child and infant CPR, choking management, wound care, bandaging, fractures and sprains management, burns and common childhood illnesses. Participants will also learn how to identify and respond effectively to emergencies in a preschool or home setting before medical help arrives.
Certification
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Child First Aid (CFA) Certificate with two years’ validity, accredited by SRFAC and recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
Upon successful completion of the Child First Aid (CFA) Course, participants will receive three accredited certificates from SRFAC:
All three certificates are valid for two years and recognised for professional development and regulatory purposes, including registration under ECDA.

Participants are requested to be suitably and comfortably dressed: T-shirt and pants/slacks with comfortable shoes. Avoid wearing dress, skirts and low-cut tops as the course requires (slight) physical activity.
