This World Heart Day, the Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) is bringing the community together to celebrate heart health at every stage of life. Held on 3 Oct 2026 at Heartbeat@Bedok, this year’s event, themed “Fit for All Ages”, reminds us that caring for our hearts is a lifelong journey – and that everyone of us can take steps towards a healthier heart, at any age.
From staying active and eating well to understanding our cardiovascular risk and learning life-saving skills, small, practical actions can make a meaningful difference. By taking charge of our heart health today, we can build healthier habits and a stronger future for ourselves, our families and our community.
Visitors can look forward to a full day of activities designed for all ages and fitness levels, including exercise sessions, heart health talks, interactive booths, CPR+AED certification training, Basic Child First Aid and family-friendly programmes. Whether you are taking your first step towards a healthier lifestyle or looking to strengthen the habits you already have, there will be something for everyone.
Join us this National Heart Week/World Heart Day to discover simple, practical ways to care for your heart, stay active and make healthier choices – because it is never too early or too late to be Fit for All Ages.

The Go Red for World Heart Day initiative will see iconic buildings across Singapore lit up in red from 28–29 Sep 2026, helping to raise awareness of cardiovascular health and keep the conversation around heart health going beyond the event itself.
