Chilled Soya Pudding with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • NUTRISOY Original High Calcium Reduced Sugar Fresh Soya Milk, 400ml
  • Gelatine Leaf, 2 Sheets
  • Pomegranate, 20g
  • Blueberries, 20g
  • Raspberries, 20g

Method

  1. Heat up the soya milk and add in gelatine leaves.
  2. Bring the content to a boil and stir well.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and set it aside in the fridge for 2hrs.
  4. Cut the fruits and garnish the pudding.
  5. Enjoy!
